Each offering is an invitation to slow down, settle into presence, and reconnect with the subtle magic and aliveness woven through the everyday. For ages 5 to 105, join me in remembering the steadiness and joy that come from meaningful making, wonder-filled wandering, and being in good company with one another and the earth.
SoulFerne Workshops
Each SoulFerne workshop offers a space to soften into simplicity and presence. These gatherings unfold slowly and attentively, shaped by what is current, seasonal, and alive within the group.

Rather than focusing on production or outcomes, we make room for listening, creating, reflecting, and being with what wants to emerge.
The atmosphere is calm, supportive, and unhurried. There is no pressure to perform or participate in a particular way. You’re invited to arrive as you are and let your body settle into a gentler rhythm of attention, movement, making, or shared stillness.

Through simple, hands-on engagement with the world around us, often involving natural materials, stories, or quiet noticing, many people experience a remembering of wonder and a sense of belonging. These gatherings can cultivate a feeling of steadiness, ease, and quiet aliveness that continues long after the workshop has ended.

Wonder Wanderings
These one-on-one or small guided experiences in nature are designed to support reconnection with your body, your heart, and the living world. Through attuned presence, quiet wandering, and simple noticing, we allow the forest, or local natural spaces, to become a companion in remembering what feels alive and true.

These experiences are not about fixing, processing, or striving toward an outcome. They are an invitation to settle your nervous system, follow curiosity, and encounter everyday magic in the world around us, in moss, movement, light and breath.

Each gentle adventure is shaped collaboratively and unfolds at a pace that honors your needs. Some people come seeking clarity, others rest, others reconnection. All are welcome.

1::1 Experiences
These one-on-one sessions are quiet, relational spaces for slowing down and coming into a deeper connection with life.
​
They are not coaching, therapy, or problem-solving sessions. There is no agenda to improve you or move you toward a particular outcome. Instead, we meet in presence, with curiosity, listening, and attention, and allow what wants to be noticed to come forward.
​
In our time together, we might sit with what feels alive in you right now, notice what your body is responding to, reflect on images or stories that are moving through your inner world, or simply make room for stillness and listening. Sometimes words, emotions, and tears arise. Sometimes laughter. The point is not to diagnose your experience, but to allow it to just be.
​
These sessions are for people who sense there is a deeper intimacy available with themselves, with the moment, with life. And for those who want companionship as they learn how to soften and arrive within it
.
I don’t guide you toward answers. I don’t interpret or direct your experience. I walk alongside you, holding a steady, attentive presence so that your own knowing, aliveness, and wonder can emerge. I will hold the lantern, and tend the fire.

These sessions are an invitation to pause, to soften, and to remember how to be in relationship with life as it is. Subtle, ordinary, and quietly extraordinary.
