You agree to take responsibility for your own safety, comfort, and physical limits, and to participate in a way that feels appropriate for your body and well-being.
SoulFerne does not provide medical, therapeutic, or fitness guidance, and participation in Gentle Wanderings is voluntary. You are encouraged to listen to your body, rest or opt out at any time, and communicate any concerns as needed.
